Every child carries two powers — to be themselves, and to make others happier. We built a school where both grow together, in classes of eight, every single day.すべての子は二つの力を持っています。自分らしくある力と、誰かを幸せにする力。私たちは、その両方が一緒に育つ学校を、8名のクラスで、毎日。
The future doesn’t need more “right answers.”これからの世界に、もっと多くの「正解」は要らない。
For most of the twentieth century, schools were factories: children entered as raw material and came out as workers for one country, one industry, one life path. That world is gone. The children who thrive in the next one won’t be those with the highest scores — they’ll be the ones who know who they are, and who know how to make someone else’s life a little better.20世紀のほとんどの間、学校は工場でした。子どもは原料として入り、一つの国・一つの産業・一本の人生のための労働者として出てきました。その世界は終わりました。次の世界で輝くのは、最高点の子ではなく、自分が何者かを知り、誰かの人生を少し良くする術を知っている子です。

Be Happy is the power to be yourself — the version you can stand behind, not the one your teachers ranked. Do Happy is the power to make others happier, because that’s what whole people do for each other. Most schools choose one. NGA is the next chapter of NIJIN ACADEMY, running in Japan since 2023. Today 400+ children are enrolled; by the time NGA opens, 1,000+ will have passed through. A child who couldn’t sit still became the one who chairs the project meeting. They didn’t change — the environment changed, and we met who they’d been all along.NGAは、2023年から日本で運営するNIJINアカデミーの次の章です。現在400名以上が在籍し、開校までに延べ1,000名以上が通います。じっと座れなかった子が、別の場所では会議の議長に。子どもは変わっていません。環境が変わり、本来の彼らに出会えたのです。

Culture stops being a costume and becomes a lens.
