Every child carries two powers — to be themselves, and to make others happier. We built a school where both grow together, in classes of eight, every single day.
The future doesn’t need more “right answers.”
For most of the twentieth century, schools were factories: children entered as raw material and came out as workers for one country, one industry, one life path. That world is gone. The children who thrive in the next one won’t be those with the highest scores — they’ll be the ones who know who they are, and who know how to make someone else’s life a little better.
That is, in one sentence, what we teach.
The two powers inside every child.
Be Happy is the power to be yourself — the version you can stand behind, not the one your teachers ranked. Do Happy is the power to make others happier, because that’s what whole people do for each other. Most schools choose one. We teach both, held together.
Be happy first. Do happy follows. Always in that order.
The Diversity × Co-creation Model.
Most schools ask the child to fit the environment. We change the environment until it fits the child — using the whole world to do it.

The environment is the variable.
A school’s job is to widen the world until the child finds their place inside it.
Being oneself grows care.
Co-creation is the natural fruit of children allowed, first, to be themselves.

Three years. 1,000+ children. One conclusion.
NGA is the next chapter of NIJIN ACADEMY, running in Japan since 2023. Today 800+ children are enrolled; by the time NGA opens, 1,000+ will have passed through. A child who couldn’t sit still became the one who chairs the project meeting. They didn’t change — the environment changed, and we met who they’d been all along.
Children don’t break. Environments do.
Online not as a compromise. As the only way this works.
A child in Bangkok, a child in Sydney, and a child in Manila sit in the same class today. “The foreign student” doesn’t exist here — everyone is foreign to someone, and local to themselves. Culture stops being a costume and becomes a lens. And even online, the dialogue can go deeper than a physical room — unlocking the individuality a child didn’t know they had.

We open September 2027 with about 100 children. No entrance exam. No selection. Just a single, unhurried conversation — every weekday, in your language.
