NGA is the only beyond-test-scores online international school in Asia that can tell a child “it’s okay to step off” the race. We’re looking for the very first people to bring that education to children around the world. There’s no fixed manual. You’ll build it — from zero.

Teacher (homeroom)
In classes of eight, build dialogue- and inquiry-based learning with the children. Bring your subject expertise and your eye for each child.
Bilingual mentor
Walk alongside each child, supporting beginners in their own language. You become the child’s foundation of safety.
Country PM
Connect local families with NGA, and build community. You bring each country’s culture and parents’ voices into the school.
Fully remote. Founding roles begin as volunteer positions — you build your country’s school with us from the ground up, ahead of our 2027 opening. Detailed terms are shared when you reach out.
Transparent, job-based pay.
Pay flows to where value is created — designed to be fair, not equal, according to responsibility, workload and expertise. Founding roles before our September 2027 opening are volunteer; from opening, the model below applies and grows with enrollment. Amounts are JPY, tax included, launch-phase projections.

Business & operations roles (Web, Social Media, Customer Success, Pathways & Careers, Partnerships, Engineering, PR…) are paid monthly and scale with enrollment — for example, Customer Success grows from ¥21,000/mo at launch to a ¥748,000/mo team budget at 1,000 students, split across one manager and three members with manager pay ≈ 2× a member’s. Figures are projections from the value we create today and will evolve with the value you create — detailed terms are shared when you reach out.
