NGA is the only beyond-test-scores online international school in Asia that can tell a child “it’s okay to step off” the race. We’re looking for the very first people to bring that education to children around the world. There’s no fixed manual. You’ll build it — from zero.

Teacher (homeroom)
In classes of eight, build dialogue- and inquiry-based learning with the children. Bring your subject expertise and your eye for each child.
Bilingual mentor
Walk alongside each child, supporting beginners in their own language. You become the child’s foundation of safety.
Country PM
Connect local families with NGA, and build community. You bring each country’s culture and parents’ voices into the school.
Fully remote. Founding roles begin as volunteer positions — you build your country’s school with us from the ground up, ahead of our 2027 opening. Detailed terms are shared when you reach out.
