We’re a school that doesn’t open until 2027. We won’t pretend to offer big-company stability — instead, we show you the whole mechanism and let you decide.
The founders’ shared-reward model
Start as a side project. Hit operating profit of ¥20M, and your income is guaranteed at ¥10M — NGA becomes a group company, and you receive equity. The Marketing Director role carries a salary of ¥6M–10M (full-time or contract) from day one.
This is the same model that has already produced sister-company founders inside the NIJIN group.
Pay that scales with your students
Mentor compensation is tied to the number of students you serve. At your interview we present the exact formula — no vagueness, no surprises — and you join only after the numbers make sense to you.
Join from July 2027 — part-time alongside your current job is fine. We spend the two months before opening day in September preparing together as a team.
