2. About NGA2. NGAについて

NGA is an online international school for children aged 6–18, opening April 2027, offering live classes, mentoring, and optional programs. Program details, partners, and schedules may evolve as the school develops, and certain partners are to be announced.NGAは6〜18歳を対象とするオンラインインターナショナルスクールで、2027年4月開校予定です。ライブ授業・メンタリング・任意プログラムを提供します。学校の発展に伴い、プログラム内容・パートナー・日程は変更される場合があり、一部のパートナーは今後発表します。

3. Enrollment & eligibility3. 入学・対象

Enrollment is arranged by a parent or legal guardian. There is no entrance exam; admission follows a trial conversation and trial class, with rolling monthly enrollment. We may decline or end enrollment where it is not in the interest of the child, the class, or the school.入学手続きは保護者（法定代理人）が行います。入学試験はなく、体験対話と体験クラスを経て、毎月入学を受け付けます。お子さま・クラス・学校の利益にそぐわない場合、当校は入学をお断りまたは終了することがあります。

4. Tuition, fees & refunds4. 授業料・費用・返金

• Monthly tuition is US$365 (≈ ¥55,000), billed [monthly/in advance].月額授業料は365 USD（約55,000円）、[毎月・前払い]で請求します。
• A one-time enrollment fee of US$660 (¥100,000) applies and is non-refundable.初回のみ入学金660 USD（100,000円）が必要で、返金対象外です。
• 90-day promise: within the first 90 days, tuition paid is fully refundable. After 90 days, you may withdraw with 14 days’ written notice; no long-term contract or early-termination penalty.90日間の約束：最初の90日間はお支払い済みの授業料を全額返金します。90日以降は14日前の書面通知で退会でき、長期契約や違約金はありません。
• Optional programs (Cambridge IGCSE track, overseas study tours, exam fees) are priced and paid separately.任意プログラム（Cambridge IGCSE履修・海外スタディツアー・受験料）は別料金・別途お支払いです。

5. Optional overseas study tours5. 任意の海外スタディツアー

Study tours are fully optional. Visas, host-family approval, insurance, and chaperone protocols are arranged per trip and subject to separate terms. A student who joins no tours still graduates with full standing.スタディツアーは完全に任意です。ビザ・ホストファミリーの承認・保険・引率体制は旅程ごとに整え、別途定める条件に従います。一度も参加しなくても、正規に卒業できます。

6. Code of conduct6. 行動規範

Students, families, and staff are expected to treat one another with respect and to keep our online spaces safe. We may suspend access for conduct that endangers or harms others.生徒・ご家庭・スタッフは互いを尊重し、オンライン空間の安全を守ることが求められます。他者を危険にさらす、または害する行為があった場合、当校は利用を停止することがあります。

7. Intellectual property7. 知的財産

Website content, curricula, and materials are owned by NIJIN, Inc. or its partners and may not be reproduced without permission. Students retain ownership of their own creative work.ウェブサイトの内容・カリキュラム・教材は株式会社NIJINまたはそのパートナーに帰属し、許可なく複製できません。生徒が制作した創作物の権利は、生徒本人に帰属します。

We provide our services with care but make no guarantee of specific academic or admissions outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, NIJIN, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.当校は誠実にサービスを提供しますが、特定の学業成果や進学結果を保証するものではありません。法令で認められる範囲で、株式会社NIJINは、当サイトまたはサービスの利用に起因する間接的・結果的損害について責任を負いません。
